About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to create and manage effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand in a fast-paced BPO environment.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year experience in WFM scheduling
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Must be based in Philippines
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts
- Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments and updates
- Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
- Coordinate closely with operations teams on scheduling needs
