Braun Management helps executive teams clear organizational bottlenecks that stop progress. We are currently supporting an established Southeast Asian infrastructure group with a structural review, and this work requires reliable data management to ensure executive decisions are based on accurate evidence. This is a fully remote position that contributes to our growing capacity for this and other regional engagements.

About Braun Management
We work with leaders across German-speaking Europe and internationally to address internal friction and unblock decision-making. Our focus is on the practical realities of management, from restructuring departments to clarifying who has the right to make a final call when committees stall. We provide an outside perspective that is unsentimental and grounded in facts. Because our clients deal with complex governance and regional market dynamics, we prioritize high-quality data and precise written work. We identify where reporting lines no longer match reality and where operational friction is slowing down strategic goals.

The Role
As a CRM Data Assistant, you will manage the information that allows our consulting team to function. This is an entry-level role dedicated to the maintenance and accuracy of our client records and project data. You will ensure that every piece of information we collect is standardized, correctly categorized, and useful for long-term planning. Because we are a remote firm, the quality of our digital records serves as the foundation for how we coordinate across different time zones. Your work will directly support senior consultants by giving them a reliable source of truth for client histories and organizational maps.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Entering and updating client information within our CRM platform to maintain accuracy.
  • Reviewing existing data for errors or inconsistencies in naming conventions and formatting.
  • Researching corporate structures to help map out complex reporting lines.
  • Generating simple reports on database health and identifying missing information.
  • Supporting the consulting team by verifying contact details and historical project data.
  • Identifying and merging duplicate records to maintain database integrity.
  • Inputting project updates and meeting notes into structured CRM entries.
  • Assisting with the cleanup of legacy data during new project on-boarding phases.

What We Are Looking For
  • A background or interest in business administration, information management, or data entry.
  • A high level of comfort using digital tools and database software.
  • Strong attention to detail when dealing with repetitive or high-volume tasks.
  • Comfortable interpreting basic organizational charts and business hierarchies.
  • Reliable written communication skills in English for internal coordination.
  • An interest in how large organizations are structured and governed.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting without constant supervision.
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Employment Setup
This is a permanent, full-time role offered on a fully remote basis. While Braun Management is headquartered in the United States, this position supports projects such as our work with the Southeast Asian infrastructure group. The role is remote from anywhere, and candidates are not required to be in a specific location, though you should be comfortable with a full-time workload of 40 hours per week. We expect a consistent overlap with our core team hours. This is a paid position. There are no fees to apply, no requirement to purchase equipment from us, and no duties involving money transfers or payment processing. We adhere to high standards of data protection and confidentiality in all our work.

Working at Braun Management
We prioritize clarity and intellectual honesty over corporate jargon. Our team stays small and focused, which means even entry-level roles have a clear view of how their work contributes to a client project. We value autonomy and expect colleagues to ask questions when instructions are unclear. We provide a professional environment where success is measured by the accuracy and reliability of your contributions. Every member of our team is expected to be a careful steward of information, ensuring that the evidence we present to executives is beyond reproach.
