About The Role
This role supports the end-to-end product management process, ensuring timely product launches, accurate product data, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The role focuses on optimizing product flows, supporting operational excellence, and managing administrative and data-related processes using advanced Excel capabilities.
Were looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support smooth product operations and data management processes.
What Youll Be Working On
Manage product data, product launches, listings, pricing, and specifications
Perform bulk uploads, data checks, audits, and generate reports using Excel
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, production timelines, samples, and updates
Handle purchase orders, documentation, and inventory tracking activities
Support competitor checks and resolve product or delivery-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational processes and product flows
What Were Looking For
25 years experience in product operations, supply chain coordination, or related role
Advanced Excel and/or experience with ERP/product management tools
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented and capable of managing product data accurately
Comfortable coordinating with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
Able to support operational excellence and product management processes
