What You’ll Do:
- Quickly responding, opening/ownership of tickets/requests, daily monitoring/updating and effectively resolving requests received through the helpdesk.
- Managing requests delivery – first-in first-out based on priority and ensuring client’s SLAs are continuously met/exceeded
- Updating the status of the requests through the ticketing software/s
- Work with in-house/third-party vendors to perform required tasks within agreed costs and timelines
- Assisting SDMs, Project Coordinator, and Team Lead to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a project-based environment requires flexibility and teamwork.
- Securing completed/filled Site Visit Reports (Pre and Post)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT, SD, Technical Support
- Above average communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Amenability to work on shifting schedules, including possibly working on weekends and holidays as the company operates 24/7.
- Amenability to work onsite.
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of IT SLAs and/or metrics

Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Technical field preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Client Site Support
- Travel to various client locations to provide hands-on technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
Imaging & Deployment
- Perform Windows OS installations, clean reimaging, and data migration during hardware refresh activities.
Microsoft 365 Support
- Provide advanced onsite support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams), including mailbox configuration and profile troubleshooting.
Hardware Lifecycle Management
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage asset tagging and local inventory at client sites.
Connectivity & Setup
- Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and workstation setup for new users.
Reporting
- Document all site visits, issues, and resolutions in ITSM tools to ensure SLA compliance.
Logistics & Physical Requirements
- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment (desktops, monitors, UPS) as required during onsite deployments.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, or USB-based deployment)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (O365) environment
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (password resets, domain joining, user management)
