Pros: I really appreciate the work flexibility here. As a Project Coordinator, the hybrid setup for the Manila office made it much easier to balance personal life with work. They're generally understanding if you need WFH days, which is great for the renewable energy sector.
Cons: There are definitely times when project deadlines for new solar energy projects mean long hours. You can feel pressure from management to push through, which impacts work-life balance temporarily. It's not constant, but it's something to prepare for.
