Culture is okay, but it's a corporate giant
It's a big company with solid pay, but don't expect a super dynamic or agile environment. The culture leans heavy on process, which can be draining for innovation.
There's good job security here, especially if you're an experienced Hardware Engineer. The pay and benefits are pretty solid for the semiconductor industry. My team in the Phoenix office was mostly supportive, which made daily tasks decent.
The company culture can feel really corporate and slow. It's tough to get new ideas moving, and there's too much red tape. Work-life balance can get tricky, often leading to more than 40-hour weeks for a Hardware Engineer.
Focus on empowering teams more and cutting down on bureaucratic processes. It would make a huge difference in morale and innovation for employees.
