Support quality documentation and handover activities on a hyperscale data center project. The role will focus on ensuring accurate, complete, and timely preparation of all QA/QC documentation required for project turnover and client handover.
Job Responsibilities
- Compile and manage test packs for project systems
- Maintain and track redline markups and documentation updates
- Support preparation and compilation of Manufacturer Data Records (MDRs)
- Assist in QA/QC dossier preparation
- Manage turnover documentation in line with project requirements
- Support final handover and close-out activities
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with client standards
Requirements (Preferred)
- Experience in QA documentation control within data center, EPC, or construction projects
- Familiarity with test packs, MDRs, and turnover documentation processes
- Strong attention to detail and document management skills
- Ability to coordinate with QA/QC teams, engineers, and client representatives
