Responsibilities
- Establish, update, and maintain construction methods and sequences
- Prepare constructability documents and implement construction and HSSE friendly design
- Contribute to establishment of schedules
- Follow up and verify that methods are reflected in project schedules
- Participate in design reviews, focus on constructability
- Organize and lead meetings as required
- Ensure involvement from the projects personnel in development of construction methods
- Give input to lessons learned reports and workshops, improvement of routines and procedures
- Communicate and collaborate with all areas within Method discipline, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Engineering and Construction.
Required expertise
- A Technical or Bachelors degree. Relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.
- 3 years of work experience
- Industry experience required
- Good knowledge of the work processes within the discipline being carried out.
- A minimum of 2 years experience with EPC processes within the Topside and Facilities / Renewables segments.
- Software skills in MS Office 365.
- Proficiency in Method Planner, Visual Construction Planning, Autodesk NavisWorks Manage, and Aveva E3D Design (Constructability Engine).
Language: Professional working proficiency in Norwegian and English
