Technical Planner - Completion Tools

With exciting prospects and increasing workload in our Completion Tools department, we are looking for an ambitious Technical Planner who wishes to be part of our team. The Technical Planner works closely with HCT Workshops and operations teams to identify and optimize solutions for their specific challenges.

Job description:

• Plan and manage different types of SAP/S4 orders.
• Prepare job packages and schedule jobs in Modem / Voyager and SAP
• Schedule inventory to/from mobile storage locations and offsite storage
• Prepare shipments to/from location in Modem / Voyager.
• Support Workshop and Operations with administrative tasks on inventory movements.
• Support Workshop with Purchase Request, Mini modems, Work Orders, Ariba orders and other tasks.
• Manage inventory movements.
• Use eCompletions Systems for Assembly orders.

Qualifications:

• Trade certification Logistic/Material administration or equal education.
• Experience of North Sea Completion Business
• 5 years’ experience in SAP transactions.
• Excel, Word and Outlook Experience
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
