What you'll do

As a Senior Node.JS Developer, you’ll combine hands-on development with strong technical ownership. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services for our core platform.

• Design and build scalable backend systems and services for our high-scale SaaS platform.
• Take ownership of core backend components and APIs, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from technical design to monitoring.
• Innovate by actively contributing new technical ideas and architectural solutions to the team.
• Shape the future of engineering by adopting and helping design AI-powered development workflows.
• Maintain and improve existing Node.js / TypeScript applications, ensuring code quality and security.
• Architect for scale by making decisions focused on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Evaluate technologies and backend patterns to determine where they add real value to our stack.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a backend-focused engineer who thinks in systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment where speed is combined with intelligence.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ICT-related field.
• 3+ years of relevant backend software engineering experience, specifically with TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with back-end architecture and system design.
• Experience with building scalable and distributed systems.
• Experience with GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.

Bonus points:

• Experience influencing technical direction within a team.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools or workflows.
• Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.
• Knowledge of Redis, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, including Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Run and Kubernetes.
