The Role
We're looking for someone who builds AI-powered systems that solve real business problems – not someone who talks about AI. You'll join a small, high-impact team working directly with the CTAIO to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and data-driven systems across the business.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy AI agents that automate workflows across consulting, CRM, and operations
- Design multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, planning, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Build data pipelines connecting structured and unstructured sources to LLMs–RAG, knowledge graphs, custom retrieval
- Prototype fast–concept to working demo in days, not months
What You Bring
Core: 1–3+ years in software development, ML engineering, or applied AI research. Strong Python. Solid grasp of APIs and async patterns. Fluent English; German or Dutch is a plus.
Plus depth in at least one of:
LLM & Agent Engineering – LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering, agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
Applied ML / Research – training or fine-tuning models, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), understanding of model architectures
Data & Retrieval Systems – RAG pipelines, vector databases, knowledge graphs (e.g. Neo4j), multi-source data ingestion
You don't need all three – but you should be strong in one and curious about the rest.
Nice-to-have: TypeScript/JS, AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code), document processing / NLP, cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure), open-source contributions.

A builder who ships. Comfortable with ambiguity. Technically grounded – you understand what happens under the hood, not just the API surface. Business-aware – great technology only matters when it solves real problems.
