What To Expect
As a full-time Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of incoming goods and outgoing orders in accordance with company guidelines and work instructions. Your role will include maintaining high delivery standards by processing outbound orders accurately, verifying quantities, part accuracy, and handling any damage. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
This role is crucial to maintaining an efficient flow of goods and materials within the company. You will play a key part in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time, supporting the overall success of the business
What You'll Do
Receiving, sorting, re-packing, put away goods according to the available InstructionsMRB visual insp./system adjust of returned goods, marshal (support work process)Perform other duties as required such as: (re)stacking, labeling ,sealing, re-workPicking tote & pallet / stage of the picked goods that were fulfill in the systemPacking EU/NON EU /PDCS orders according to legal and customs requirements and Country of Origen ( COO)Process Dangerous Goods orders according to the available InstructionsConsolidate shipments and line support, marshal ( support process ) Consolidate orders and check inventory move and adjustments, empty location check Replenishment, cycle count , resloting Scrap orders physically/systematic and monitoring order exception monitor systemReception desk- following daily unload/load plan and drivers registration Unload delivery goods and make sure that each incoming delivery matches Preparing shipments, Load goods prepared at docksLoading physically and using scanner daily carriers Shipper(trouble shooter) labeling ,shipments recognitions Load /unload /sort of wooden pallets for operations useWork closely with the Leads to monitor all procedures on a regular basisFollow-up on all health and Safety regulationsEnsure work and storage areas are clean and organized
What You'll Bring
Valid EPT/Fork/Reach truck license is preferable (Practical experience is mandatory)Availability to work overtime hours preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages,Basic knowledge of / experience with WMS / MFS systems would be beneficial,Familiar with external shipping software would be beneficial,Must have basic command of the English language, both written and verbal,warehousing background,5S experience a plusTeam worker, accuracy, flexibility / self-starter, stress resistanceTake initiative and work with minimum guidanceReliable, committed, and quality focused,Perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time,Ability to lift 10-25 kg's on a daily basis,Maintain a safe working environment.
