For an international, multidisciplinary team building high‑impact software products, we’re looking for a Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges. Someone who enjoys designing clean architectures, writing elegant code, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver software that truly makes a difference.
The role
This is not a narrow coding position. It’s a broad engineering role where you work across backend, frontend, integrations, and architecture. You translate functional requirements into scalable solutions, improve existing systems, and help shape the technical direction of the product. You’ll work with Java, Angular, and/or C#, depending on your strengths, with plenty of room to grow in the areas that excite you most.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop high‑quality software components using Java, Angular, and/or C#. Write clean, maintainable, testable code following industry standards and best practices. Contribute to architectural design, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines. Translate functional requirements into scalable, user‑centric software solutions. Debug, optimize, and improve existing codebases and system performance. Collaborate with UX, QA, product owners, and architects to deliver the best possible user experience. Share knowledge, support teammates, and contribute to an open, positive engineering culture.
What We Are Looking For…
A software engineer who enjoys working across the stack and takes ownership. Strong experience with Java, Angular, and/or C# (you don’t need to master all three). A solid understanding of software design principles, testing, and clean code. The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills — written, visual, and interpersonal. Someone who currently lives and works in the Netherlands.
