What You'll Do

• End-to-End Product DevelopmentContribute to the design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing software products to state-of the-art modern technology.
• Ownership & AutonomyWork within a small, open, and collaborative team while independently driving your components in alignment with overall architecture.
• Code QualityParticipate in peer reviews and perform thorough testing of features to ensure stability, performance, and maintainability.
• Cross-Team CollaborationCollaborate closely with Product Management, Hardware teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Agile ProcessesTake part in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the development cycle.

• Field & Event TestingSupport field validation of software at live events, including weekend availability when required.

Technical Expertise

🎯 Senior AWS experience

🎯 Senior database experience

🎯 Senior software development experience

🎯 Fully fluent in English

🎯 Experience with project management methodologies

General Development Skills

🎯 Solid experience in modern software development (languages and frameworks may vary)

🎯 Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data processing, and cloud-based environments

🎯 Experience with version control and software testing methodologies

🎯 Professional experience with Linux environments

Personal Qualities

🎯 Passion for active sports (endurance sports is a plus)

🎯 Flexible mindset and willingness to support weekend event operations

🎯 Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities

🎯 Microsoft SQL Server experience
