About the role

As a Developer, you take responsibility for the technical quality of the work you deliver. You translate ideas and challenges into solid solutions, work closely with your team during development and take ownership of what goes live.

Your role is a mix of hands-on development and collaboration:

• Building and improving digital products
• Contributing to technical direction and architecture
• Safeguarding quality in development processes
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients
• Supporting solution design and implementation

Together with a Digital Project Manager, senior developers, designers and strategists, you help turn ideas into scalable digital products.

About you

You’re comfortable working with responsibility and complexity. You like solving problems, can explain your technical choices clearly and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re open to feedback and learning, because it helps you — and the team — grow.

You bring:

• Experience as a Developer in a professional environment
• Experience across front-end, back-end and/or (Dev)Ops
• (TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular, NestJS, Docker, PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL)
• A strong learning mindset and a collaborative attitude

You don’t need to know everything already.
