The Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads for new job placements by leveraging our internal CRM of candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email campaigns, developing content that resonates with hiring managers, and utilizing the latest AI tools within email marketing to maximize results. Crucially, you will also possess a strong understanding of email deliverability best practices to ensure our campaigns reach the intended audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to hiring managers within our CRM, prioritizing exceptional deliverability rates.
• Craft engaging content (e.g., email copy, landing pages) to generate leads and secure appointments for the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, including deliverability, AI-powered tools, and automation.
• Manage and analyze email marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns for lead generation.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand their needs and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
• Maintain and enhance our internal CRM to ensure efficient data management and targeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads through email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, spam filters, and ESP configuration.
• Experience crafting compelling email copy and content that resonates with target audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered email marketing tools and automation platforms (a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret email marketing data.

About the Penetration Tester Role

As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments for various technologies, such as web applications, mobile applications, and infrastructure. You will also identify and exploit vulnerabilities, write clear and concise reports, and provide recommendations for remediation. You will work closely with other team members and clients to deliver high-quality and timely results.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Relevant penetration testing certifications, preferably OSCP with a view of becoming a CREST Registered Tester
• IT Security experience, preferably in a Professional Security Service environment
• A strong knowledge of various operating systems, networks, and applications, especially Linux, Windows, Active Directory, TCP/IP, client-server technologies, virtualization, and cloud
• Proficiency in a programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or C++, and shell scripting
• Experience with penetration testing tools and frameworks, such as Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, etc.
• An interest and ability in at least three of the following areas: security tools development, security testing, red teaming, attack simulation, web security, network security, mobile security, code review, etc.
• Good project management, consulting, customer service, and technology skills
• Good communication, presentation, and writing skills

Cyber Security Consultant - Singapore

We are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant to join our Cyber Advisory department and take ownership of various advisory services, working closely with clients to assess their security needs and develop tailored solutions to mitigate risks and strengthen their security defenses.

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will:

• Conduct IT Security Consulting and assurance services, encompassing Security Compliance Reviews, Threat & Risk Assessments, Security Design and Process Reviews, and Security Architecture Reviews.
• Communicate effectively with customers and relevant stakeholders, addressing inquiries, managing escalations, and assisting other departments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers on assigned projects to ensure coordinated completion of tasks.
• Supervise individual and team projects, ensuring efficient execution and delivery.
• Proactively identify, advocate for, and spearhead new service improvement initiatives, fostering discussions and generating innovative ideas.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of industry experience in auditing or working in the First or Second Line of Defense IT, information security and operational risk functions.
• Project management skills.
• Relevant global certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, GISP, or equivalent, in good standing.
• Familiarity or practical experience with various security domains such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, IAM, Physical Security, Vulnerability Assessments, GRC, and App Security.
• Proficiency in Security Solutions and Technologies, including Traditional, Cloud, Hybrid, and IoT systems, along with awareness of industry trends.
• Sound understanding of Security Standards, Regulations, and Frameworks such as NIST (SP 800-53, SP 800-37/39, FIPS 200), ISO27001, CSA CCM, PDPA Singapore, CSA Security by Design, MAS TRM, CCoP and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong passion for IT Security and associated technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in written and spoken English, adept at stakeholder management, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate integrity within a professional environment.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen in order to obtain CAT1 security clearance
