As a QA Game Tester, one is expected to play the game under development in order to detect and describe all abnormal behaviors (bugs) regarding game functions, graphics, logic, design and content. Such bugs are reported to the development team for resolving, to ensure the best game player experience and the overall quality of the game before being released to the market.

QA Game Testers ensure that the games they are testing meet all the Gameloft QA standards.

Responsibilities : 

• Identify the requirements and execute the tasks received.
• Report bugs for the entire features one is responsible for during the testing cycle.
• Post a clear and accurate description of each bug found in the QA database.
• Create test cases for the features they are responsible for.
• Provide feedback regarding the game/certain features of the game from both tester and user point of view.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our QA Business Unit’s Management Team.

You’ll be reporting to QA Program Manager and you’ll be responsible in developing a QA Service (group of testing activities) with everything it involves from growing a team of Specialists to Managing the resources, while developing short and long term plans then implementing them.

In most of the time you’ll need to have an Entrepreneurial mindset able to identify problems and/or opportunities by yourself, developing plans to address them, getting the buy in from Stakeholders and decisional factors, ultimately behaving as an internal Business Leader.

• All project tasks are allocated daily inside the local team, based on project plan, needs and priorities, for each test round, and sent by mail to your team and PM
• Manage role assignation in the team to match the project needs. Assigning/reassigning roles whenever necessary and informing the local QAM in writing (Mail/confluence) about the changes inside the team
• Review the team's activity to ensure compliance with QA standards and ensure no human/process error will be encountered twice by listing clear ways to avoid this in the team’s Confluence page

We’re looking for an experienced Ad Sales Senior Executive to handle several key partners and new clients for Gameloft in the region with a focus on Jakarta-based leads.

You are deeply involved in direct media and programmatic sales and, beyond the day-to-day business, you focus on shaping and pitching strategic media offers to sell Gameloft premium and programmatic advertising in-game inventory to brands and agencies of reference.

Your Key Mission will be to drive maximum revenue in Singapore and be responsible for the sales target linked to regional clients operating from Singapore for Gameloft for Brands.

JOB SCOPE AND MISSION:

• You are a natural-born hunter: you acquire new clients and take an active part in turning them into returning clients. You live for closing deals, striking the right balance between fulfilling your clients’ needs and maximizing Gameloft’s revenue. As a member of 3D Artist team at Gameloft Hanoi, you will take responsibilities of:

• Creating and developing 3D models at professional, polished level.
• Directly involved in creating and producing lighting, environments, characters and high-resolution 3D objects.
• Respecting the design uploaded by our 2D concept artists as well as the morphology of the characters, and you must be able to offer alternatives if necessary (environment, character design, etc.).

Being a part of the Gameloft Marketing department, you are responsible for the marketing, from strategy to execution, for a game as a product in live operations, in collaboration with the product monetization team, production team, and an extended network of experts (ASO, UA, customer insight, social media, PR...) to achieve the game targeted performance KPIs (awareness, downloads, engagement, revenue...) throughout its entire life cycle. 

• Explore and understand the market trend, customer insight, the product, and its target customers in order to develop the marketing vision, product positioning, value proposition, communication message and marketing planning along with the product development strategy and objectives.  
• Develop, propose and negotiate the marketing budget, allocate the budget efficiently, monitor and evaluate the marketing effectiveness.

As a member of HD games graphic team at Yogyakarta Studio, you will take part in the graphic production for Gameloft's world-acclaimed mobile games. In collaboration with other production teams, your main tasks will consist of 

• Create 3D Character assets for mobile platforms while maintaining and pushing Gameloft’s high quality standards.
• Report to the Lead 3D Artist for tasks, revisions, content pipeline/workflow, training and creative ideas.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate tasks with the team members before and after you in the content pipeline (in person/chat/email).
• Take full ownership of your tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Concept breakdown.
  • Sculpting/modeling, unwrapping/baking/texturing, 3D optimization.
  • Completing 3D related tasks in 3ds Max, proprietary tools and the game engine.
  • Work with the production artists, designers and developers to ensure that 3D assets are always game ready

Under the supervision of the audio manager and in collaboration with the relevant parties involved in the creation of our games, the sound designer’s responsibilities include:

• Generating a list of the Sound effects, VO and Music elements needed for games and dynamic-in-game advertising.
• Working collaboratively with the project team and contributing ideas/opinions to help establish a game's sound identity
• Creating/Designing high quality Sound effects, VO and Music elements to ensure the overall audio aesthetic matches the vision of the games

• Collaborate and coordinate with game development team, monetization team, marketing, customer care and the other departments involved to ensure the alignment and consistency of the game community messages and activities. 

• Grow, develop and organize the communities of your game players and fans. 

• Produce and publish engaging and creatively relevant content and communication for your game communities, such as blog posts, posts on social media, videos, podcasts, livestreams... 

• Coordinate UGC programs for your game (e.g Content Creator Program, hashtag challenges, community contributions board etc.) & report on the performance of these initiatives. 

• Manage store reviews on specific platforms.  

• Monitor, moderate and interact with the game community platform and channels (forum, Discord, Reddit, the other social media,...) and ensure they are joyful, meaningful, safe, respectful and inclusive.

The Product Manager is part of the Gameloft World Monetization Department and manages a product team to drive the revenue strategy of top games throughout their lifecycle, with the objective of boosting KPIs related to engagement & monetization.

Your main challenges will include:

• Own the game in live operations as a product - including product strategy, roadmap, product delivery and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the game leadership (Producer, Design, Economy Design, Marketing...) to define the roadmap and long-term vision for the games, and ensure targets are met.
• Drive the Live Operations, product & UA acquisition strategies, and help upper management level take decisions.

Detail responsibilities :

• Oversee general office coordination in the Studio.
• Maintain and check records of all bills from vendor under office management.
• Coordinating with immigration agent in registering new expats, extending the working documents for all expat and all necessities regarding visa and/or travel document;
• Maintain and review office budget, administer and control effectively all office expenses; follow up payments, and make sure with Accountant that all expenses are executed in due form.
• Supervise Office team to ensure all facilities are well operated and maintained (air-conditioning, electricity, drinks, telephone, meeting rooms, office furniture. Make sure supplies and equipment are provided in sufficient quantity and monitor the use.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to provide the best services with cost effectiveness; follow up all projects, fixing and operations related to office facilities.
• Upon necessities, working with IT and Building Maintenance in controlling office fit out regarding installation, decoration, movement, renovation any office facilities to match with quotation, agreement with vendors and plan validated by Studio Manager;
