The Global FoodService (GFS) business is a key contributor to Fonterra’s long term aspirations, and a new strategy has been put in place to accelerate Foodservice topline and EBIT targets for 2030. Digital is one of the key levers identified to achieve these goals.

This role is charged with leading the strategic direction for our Global Foodservice digital transformation, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver digital products aligned with our 2030 strategy to achieve our growth ambition and optimise return on investment.

You will be responsible for the overall program orchestration. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans to manage programme scope, cost, time, quality, communications, human resources, risk, and any Fonterra-specific requirements (such as intellectual property management).
• Develop strategies that include all of the full scope of the programme, including design, development, go to market and dependencies between multiple, cross functional workstreams.
• Engaging stakeholders at all levels across the organisation in the platform design and customer transition.
• Use appropriate and effective project management disciplines and tools to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work with Commercial Managers to establish commercial project outcomes and ensure they are realised via agreement with stakeholders and benefits analysis.
• Work with key stakeholders to develop business case for digital investment for senior management approval.
• Accountable for ensuring effective governance has been set up to manage deliverables to time/cost/quality.
• Establish frameworks to track milestones, goals and benefit realisation, communicate progress and help identify issues early on.
• Champions a collaborative and iterative way of working by ensuring adherence to development best practices and Agile principles.
• Build strong relationships with workstream sponsors and across management teams of the stakeholder groups to challenge from within and facilitate delivery of the programme.
• Accurately and clearly communicates progress and process constantly to stakeholders
• Work to ensure aligned expectations across all stakeholder groups, particularly in relation to time, budget, and goal expectations.
• Support the continued building of a positive reputation and respect within the organisation by demonstrating expertise, innovation, risk mitigation, and problem-solving ability and support.
• Holds people accountable on a weekly basis to delivering the plan in alignment with OKRs and overall vision.

About you

• Tertiary qualification with a Project Manager accreditation.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of delivering business value through successful digital transformations in large-scale, multi-country B2B organisations
• Experience in successful end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise software / technology to support business strategy and operations
• Ability to drive complex programmes in multi-stakeholder settings.

As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Fonterra grows account value and fosters a sustainable business relationship through proactively and innovatively solving problems, finding win-win solutions, building the customer brand within our own business and challenging the status quo.

Digital Channel Innovation or DCI team drives these programmes for our Ingredients and FoodService business across the globe. It involves working with our business to understand their priorities and helping them adopt to the Digital products and services. Our DCI Team is looking for a Global Digital Engagement Manager to lead adoption of our digitalization programmes across both Ingredients and FoodService businesses. Reporting into the Director, Digital Channel Innovation, this is a pivotal role in the team that provides exposure to the full breadth of coop geographically and across the depth of Ingredients and FoodService businesses. As the Global Digital Engagement Manager, you will excite and inspire the organisation through the delivery of widespread adoption of digital tools and ways of working that drives value growth, reduces cost and increases customer reach.

You will work closely with Product Development to design and execute overall global adoption roadmaps and tactics. You would be the owner of the roadmaps and have the complete say in planning and execution.

Your Purpose

Working closely with the Finance Manager of a multinational giant, you will provide support for the controllership function of Fonterra Australia. You will ensure that strong internal control frameworks are maintained whilst working collaboratively with the team and diverse stakeholders to keep costs under control for all associated expense centres.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Planning- Malaysia & Singapore, you will be accountable for total Consumer sales planning of the Singapore business unit. You will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with Sales and marketing activities incorporated with shopper behaviour and consumer consumption trend.

You will be the integration point into the sales and commercial organization. You will understand business needs and demand drivers (both shopper and consumer consumption trends) and support collaboration with Commercial Planning, Marketing, Finance to incorporate key marketing and trade initiatives into business planning.

Key Accountabilities

• Proactively collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance functions to ensure development and timely delivery of consensus forecast (basic & novelties), while making independent decisions.
• Manage a 18 month rolling forecast, aligned with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be partner with the Commercial team to ensure that the most accurate short-term and long-term forecast are attained for our products. You will achieve this by reviewing launch and promotion plans on top of the baseline forecast, monitoring sell-out and understanding the behaviour trends of the market. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful launch and implementation of Anaplan in our market.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own all demand planning tasks from launch to discontinuation of product life cycle.
• Hold monthly Demand Review meetings with the Sales team to deepen collaboration and understanding of forecast trends and challenges.
• Deep understanding of products and seasonal / historical trends and promotions.
• Maintain forecast in Anaplan using historical data, statistical forecasting, and market insights.
