About the opportunity
Digitalization of our sales channels has been identified as a key priority by the coop to build a delightful customer experience that maximizes engagement and helps us remain the supplier of choice, and to boost productivity, speed and efficiency of our teams through simplification, digitalization, and automation.
Digital Channel Innovation or DCI team drives these programmes for our Ingredients and FoodService business across the globe. It involves working with our business to understand their priorities and helping them adopt to the Digital products and services. On the other side, we work with the technology teams and partners to deliver these products and services.
Our DCI Team is looking for a Global Digital Engagement Manager to lead adoption of our digitalization programmes across both Ingredients and FoodService businesses. Reporting into the Director, Digital Channel Innovation, this is a pivotal role in the team that provides exposure to the full breadth of coop geographically and across the depth of Ingredients and FoodService businesses. As the Global Digital Engagement Manager, you will excite and inspire the organisation through the delivery of widespread adoption of digital tools and ways of working that drives value growth, reduces cost and increases customer reach.
You will work closely with Product Development to design and execute overall global adoption roadmaps and tactics. You would be the owner of the roadmaps and have the complete say in planning and execution.
You will also:
• Partner with global sales, marketing and other relevant teams to drive adoption of org-wide B2B Digital programmes, both internally and externally
• Build digital adoption and change management capability across the team
• Have ownership of customer messaging and communications to support product rollout out and drive adoption
• Understand and analyse user behaviour, data patterns etc., along with product limitations and business context to unlock digital adoption
• Work with members of the wider B2B Digital programmes team to remove any roadblocks for the Fonterra sales teams
• Support the development and rollout of sales team digital capability assets
• Support a sustainable feedback cycle for platform improvement ideas from global sales through to product teams, enabling improved digital solutions.
About you
You are an enterprise-level influencer with strong stakeholder networks across all levels of an organisation. Your external orientation and customer focused mindset enables you to build networks and leverage best practice from other leading organisations.
We are looking for wealth of experience in driving large-scale transformation programmes, with a track record leading and embedding sustainable, transformational change in a complex, global organisational structure.
Having worked with cross-functional teams in either product development or technology, you will have some understanding of digital systems.
Ideally you will have:
• Strong experience in project execution or line roles such as sales, business development, marketing, or change management
• Experience in developing change strategies and delivering end-to-end complex transformation programmes
• Demonstrated ability to embed change in day-to-day operational reality and support the realisation of the benefits from the transition
• Proven evidence of strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Highly developed influencing and communication skills across all levels
• Highly skilled at relationship building and stakeholder management within a complex organisation, including with senior leaders in all parts of Fonterra.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore a must.
