What you’ll be doing:

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is in search of a broadly experienced, roll-up-your-sleeves type of technologist to help us deliver our next generation B2B Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

More specifically we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a comprehensive understanding of various Salesforce platforms: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. You will be working in some of the most modern technology developing our new eCommerce platform from the ground up. Beyond Salesforce, a background in SOAP or RESTful integrations, front end, and backend development, Devops principles and knowledge of AWS services and integrations will be helpful as we deliver this platform.   

This is a multi-year program so this role will be responsible for the design and development of the initial platform (12 months). Following that release, this role will be responsible for support of that platform while we deliver additional exciting capabilities to the platform. 

You will be involved in all aspects of software delivery from sprint planning, standups and code reviews to architecture, design, and development. We need somebody who can interact with our Product Owner; taking a vision and turning it into a scalable solution. Project Management

• Identification and implementation of methods, processes, tools, etc. to reduce development time.

• Determine Processing Revenue opportunities (i.e. secure long term revenues) in conjunction with the Account Director

The primary purpose of the role, as a member of the Experian Network Operations team, is to provide operational network engineering support and decrease MTTR. You will work closely with the security, build, and operational teams to maintain a resilient and secure network infrastructure to adhere to stringent Regulatory, Governmental, and Industry security control requirements. In this role, you will be approaching every day with a collaborative and “team” focused mentality. All while working within ITIL methodology to deliver high quality incident management, problem resolution and implementation of changes to maintain every aspect of Experian’s global network infrastructure.

A strong technical network background is essential.
