- As a Training Executive for Regional offices and Branches.
- Responsible for improving the skills level and productivity through provided to Regional Business Group Staff.
- Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs, including the evaluation.
- To coordinate Training Programs in tandem with HRG Training and to supplement programs that run concurrently with HRG.
- To organize and implement Training according to the requirements of the Division.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Applicant must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in handling training matters.
- Good interpersonal communication skills at all levels in the organization.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Attention to detail and adaptability skills.
- Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point.
- A dynamic individual who is highly motivated and a good team player.
