Job Responsibilities
- Operation and management of data center infrastructure to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Safe operation, maintenance, and management of the entire data center's infrastructure, assets, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with government departments for electricity, fire safety, and water supply to ensure energy and safety measures.
- Ensure safe operation of the data center by organizing and overseeing employee tasks systematically.
- Develop, review, and release SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs related documents to facilities team.
- Conduct effective job skills training for FM staff and execute performance appraisals.
- Optimize departmental collaboration while maintaining effective communication with relevant departments
- Reviewing, implementing, and accepting FM-related engineering plans.
- Inspect, organize, archive data, documents, and forms related to the data center's FM.
- Develop plans for new data center takeovers, complete recruitment of operations engineers, and on-duty personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- More than ten years of relevant experience in medium/large scale data center (2N M&E infrastructure system, Distributed-Redundancy) infrastructure operations and at least three years of management experience.
- High awareness of safety risks to ensure reliable data center operations.
- Proficient in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage/low-voltage/UPS/diesel generators/HVAC/plumbing/fire safety/security/access control/monitoring systems.
- Familiar with data center standards such as TIA-942, GB/T 50174-2008; Knowledge of ITSM concepts and standards, including ITIL/ISO 20000; and knowledge of incident/change/problem management processes.
- Effectively manage and drive the data center's basic operations team, conduct operational services including daily operations, emergency response, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage data center vendor services to ensure outsourced services such as maintenance and engineering meet data center operational requirements and company management policy requirements.
- Ability to plan resources based on existing data center facilities, power, and cooling capacities, and develop solutions for specific customer resource needs.
- Experience in energy management to continuously optimize data center energy consumption levels and PUE.
- .Strong writing skills to develop various types of forms, records, reports, and plans according to company management requirements, data center operation needs, and client demands.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal company departments, municipal departments, service providers, clients, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring stable data center operations from the perspectives of the company, data center, and clients, delivering excellent infrastructure and environmental services to clients.
- Apart from data center operations experience, candidates with experience in data center planning, design, and engineering implementation will be given priority.

Possess intermediate or higher professional certifications in high-voltage/low-voltage/HVAC or equivalent. Candidates with international certificates related to data centers such as CDCP, CDCD, CDCMP will be preferred.
