Lead design meetings with design team, manages relationships with external consultants/contractors and coordinates with all disciplines involved in the projects (such as architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior design or landscaping), control accuracy of design deliveries and challenges third parties’ ideas constructively
Coordinate site inspections and authority clearances, monitors progress off/on site
Report negligence of external parties, protect interests and integrity of the company
To manage all aspects of design process, construction, administration and document for project
To ensure the process of project implementation and construction are well manage and properly documented
To ensure all deadlines and schedules in the site are met
To ensure the quality of construction drawings/documentation and workmanships
To ensure drawings are checked for design and technical integrity before issuing out
