About The Team

Our Recommendation Architecture Team is responsible for building up and optimizing the architecture for our recommendation system to provide the most stable and best experience for our TikTok users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Daily Site Inspections: Conduct and organize comprehensive site inspections across various locations daily, ensuring adherence to safe work practices and correct job executions.

- Project Management: Oversee the preparation and management of project documentation as per the company’s specifications and job analysis. This includes developing project schedules and timelines, tracking progress against deadlines, and efficiently managing budgets.

- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of communication between the interior design team, contractors (must be fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking contractors), and clients.
