Job Purpose / Overview

Responsible for overall day to day sales administration and coordination duties. Working closely with the sales team to provide administrative support to the teams.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

• To perform thorough Site Visit by understanding the Tender Requirements, as well as attending
• Tender Briefing and Q&A with the customer during tender briefing or site visit
• To compile accurate and necessary Engineering Bill of Quantity and Costing as well as the comprehensive User Requirement details

你的角色：

你是：

• 至少學士學位、研究生文憑、專業學位、物流/運輸、商業研究/行政/管理或同等學歷。
• 至少 5 年物流管理經驗
• 能夠用英語進行書面和口語交談和交流
• 中級 Microsoft Excel、Words 和 Power Point 技能
• 良好的倉庫操作知識

職責

• 透過與潛在客戶/ID 公司/供應商/業務合作夥伴建立融洽關係、任命和推銷，識別銷售機會、尋找新的銷售線索並提出潛在的業務交易。
• 進行現場測量。

• 準備專案報價和成本核算。
• 實現月度銷售目標。

要求

• 室內/建築、行銷、商業研究或同等學歷的最低文憑。
• 另一個優點是熟悉使用室內設計軟體，如 AutoCAD、SketchUp 和 KD Max。
• 三年室內設計/櫥櫃和業務開發/銷售/推廣。
• 精通馬來語和英語或普通話。
• 自我激勵，以銷售為導向，能夠在壓力下工作。

• 良好的演講技巧。
• 對設計產業充滿熱情。

工作行程
