In this role, you will lead a global team focused on building leader capability in foundational management practices through real-time coaching and specialized training. Responsibilities:

• Develop and build a team to deliver a global leader support hub model to support cyclical volume leader coaching/support for the following inquiries: attendance, performance, solution delivery, business cases for workforce reductions, leaves and accommodations, listening support, etc.

Position Description: Reporting to the Facility & Construction Sr. Director of Global Indirect Materials this person will lead and execute Strategic sourcing Projects, Complex Procurement Programs, and vendor management activities for assigned Facility and Construction categories and projects of low to high complexity scopes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the business owner for his or her Facility categories, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business entities. This entails owning forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the Facility category and construction industry, along with responsibility for driving strategic projects to achieve business objectives.

The Contingent Workforce Senior Commodity Manager is responsible for developing the sourcing strategies for the Contingent Workforce Program Office.
