Forward necessary information to appropriate management or personnel.
Contract Management:

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Risk Assessment:

Job Requirements
You must possess a bachelor degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA with a minimum 10 years experience background in property development. You should have knowledge and hands on experience in WIP accounting and project finance. In addition, you will be an enegetic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English and conversant in BM and Mandarin.
