The technical support engineer is responsible for OEM equipment repair, this includes 24x7 technical support of client enterprise server and network infrastructure. This position includes consulting with onsite technicians and customers to solve complex issues and restore service availability, this includes optimizing system performance and proactively identifying potential hardware issues.
Review OEM system logs and research system configurations and network topologies. System logs consist of multiple interactions across system hardware and software. Reviewing log data helps identify security breaches and component failure. An L2 technician uses experience and technical knowledge to analyses logs which also includes utilizing log processing tools. OEM system logs vary in complexity and deciphering this data can be complex. (20%)
Maintain accurate records of incident transactions and perform triage to implement service restoration. Accurate ticket management is essential to maintain operations and mitigate system failure. Technical data is used track IT equipotent and system efficiency. This data allows management to forecast workload and manage resources. (10%)
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting techniques to expedite service restoration. OEM troubleshooting techniques follow a systematic approach to identify a problem and create a technical plan to execute a repair and resolve the problem. An L2 provides remote guidance to the field engineer on how to implement a repair and restore service. (20%)
Provide timely service updates and communicate clearly when addressing customer questions and concerns. (10%)
Provides courteous, professional support to both internal and external customers on a wide variety of technical issues. (15%)
Alignment with IT escalation procedures are critical to improve operational efficiencies. This requires collaboration using our ticketing system across technical teams and management. OEM ticket escalation between L2 and L3 is based on complexity and adherence to service SLA’s (5%)
L2 technicians collaborate with service management teams to determine how to respond to many different service requests. Working directly with sales on customer entitlement to replace faulty hardware. Interact directly with parts logics to ensure the correct part is identified and shipped to the customer. L2’s also work directly with field engineers at the customers premises and provide technical guidance to restore service. (5%)
L2 technicians determine system failure and manage incidents to achieve agreed SLA’s. This involves notifying management if service SLA’s are at risk and keeping the customers updated on progress with service restoration. An L2 technician support field engineers remotely and may also travel to the customer promises to help the field engineer resolve difficult technologies or system configurations. (5%)
L2 technicians participate in an on-call 24x7x365 rota providing technical support globally. (5%)
Staying current with new technologies and OEM systems is critical, L2 are responsible to attending OEM system training and obtain product certifications as defined in service contracts. (5%)

The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. The Regulatory Compliance Manager is a key position in the Regulatory Compliance organization. This position manages import, export and licensing functions and drives the daily compliance activities in Vietnam, also supporting Asia Pacific Export and Import Control activities. It requires a high level of Vietnam trade compliance knowledge so can make the decision independently per regulatory requirements.
Licensing Functions (in Vietnam): The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for trade compliance duties in Vietnam, including import and export license determination, application, and control (e.g. Cryptographic dealer license control). Application for new dealer cryptographic license, new import cryptographic license, new import cybersecurity license and type approval for radio equipment. Generate and maintain metric reports and establish operational trends. Communication with NACIS on all licensing application and management matters.
Import Functions (in Vietnam) : The Regulatory Compliance Manager responsible for working with our broker(s) on import declaration filing : check, prepare and provide required information if applicable e.g. HS code, VN cargo description, matching with Vietnam HS code, Completion of Master list, Price; Product origin, List of machinery specification and accessories. Export Functions (Asia Pacific) : The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for resolving potential DPL matches and work with stakeholders that these are not exact matches. This position also reviews compliance holds relative to strategic or controlled goods and based on the nature of end-customers, determines whether a license or government authorization is required to make the sale or the export. This position is involved in conducting risk assessment of end- customers and categorize them accordingly based on a defined criteria. The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for analyzing metrics that track turnaround times in reviewing and releasing DPC and ECCN holds.

This position will oversee the Credit & Collections function of APJ TD SYNNEX’s Center of Excellence (CoE) location. This role requires setting up a full-fledged centralized Credit & Collections team to support our businesses across APJ countries. You will lead credit management and analysis, the cash collections process, and ensure teams deliver timely reporting in accordance with corporate guidance and timelines.
This position shall report to Regional Credit VP and work closely with Finance leaders and team members in the APJ region.
Support establishment of the APJ Center of Excellence
Set up CoE governance, structure, resourcing, tools and cadence.
Clear roadblocks, mitigate risks, and support the APJ region in the centralization of Credit & Collections activities.
Build Credit & Collections team within the CoE and support the transition.
Support the hiring of skilled and technically inclined Credit & Collections personnel and build capabilities within CoE.
Design and implement the centralized processes based on the current business unit structure and requirements.
Play a key role in change management to increase adoption and efficiency of CoE.
Provide direct support and coaching to in-country teams as they help Credit & Collections members through transitions.
Setup supporting tools and systems

Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, data mining, and building dashboards that drive decision making.
Experience in managing and leading offshoring programs or centers within the APJ region

Focuses on building and maintaining business relationships of assigned TD SYNNEX vendors to achieve the best financial performance.
Responsible for selling TD SYNNEX directly to vendor, and acts as subject matter expert for vendor’s technologies and programs.

Conducts quarterly vendor business reviews.
Identifies and drives new vendor opportunities with particular emphasis on the development of new services that blend unique vendor resource/capability along with a TD SYNNEX service/capability to create a unique value proposition.
Drives cross functional communication with TD SYNNEX's product groups in price negotiations and market knowledge.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned vendor’s technology and programs.
Responsible for the management of activities and programs that will drive the vendor’s pro- forma performance in an effort to achieve TD SYNNEX's financial goals.
Performs analysis and reports of various program impact for the vendor.
Manages forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience related experience.

The Order Processing Team Lead is responsible to supervise, guide and motivate the Order Processing team on a daily basis in addition to extended support to manager. As a team lead, you will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills is essential. Serve as main contact point for sales team and coordinate with finance, compliance and management team.

Bachelor's Degree with Business, IT, Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
