Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
- Posses with high level skill & 3D visuals for interior design proposal.
- To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and colour scheme to clients.
- Able to handle high profile for residential/commercial/corporate office/hotel and related scope for presentation.
- To brainstorm with designers and find solutions for better output of perspectives.
- To prepare 2D conctruction drawings & 3D perspective drawings and colour rendering within stipulated timeline.
- Excellent time management to meet multiple deadline(s) and work under pressure.
- Construction Administration - Aiding construction team to construct following your design intention.
- Hand sketch
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): autoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
- General requirement: Car , smart casual able to handle a measuring equipment.
- Individual skills : Critical thinking, able to identify issues, work under challenging enviroment and meet tight deadlines, communicate well with colleques and contractors , good team player., client meeting with ability to presentation .
- English , Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese , Other languages a plus point.
- Plus Point skill : Graphic design knowledge software, video editing, photography & social media.

Responsibilities:
- To maintain and develop new business potential corporate clients.
- Conduct cold call to secure appointment for sales presentation.
- To present business risk consultation with regards to debt management, consultation and solution to prospective clients.
- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its services.
- Responsible for sales budget and activity targets. Ensure all necessary steps are taken to close leads and deliver financial results as targeted.
- Comprehensive guidance and training will be provided which you will be able to gain financial related experience and be trained as a professional risk management consultant.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese in order to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivated are essential.
- Aggressive in developing sales strategies to generate new leads.
- Candidates with working experience in credit management and/ or B2B sales and/ or existing network of potential leads will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
