The role
The role is full time permanent position that will be based at corporate head office in Kuala Lumpur. Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience:
*Bachelor degree in Corporate Administration or professional qualification ICSA(Qualified or Part-qualified).
*At least 2 years of corporate company secretarial practice.
*Good knowledge of provisions of the Companies Act,Bursa Malaysia Listing requirements.
*Good command of spoken and written English; proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
*Good interpersonal/communication and minutes writing skills.
*Proficient in computer skills.

This role provides professional administrative support to the Commercial Banking & Maxium Team department while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and proactivity. This position plays an integral role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in key support and administrative processes for the business ensuring a positive and supportive team environment while providing excellent service to team members and clients. This includes oversight and involvement in several department programs and functions, such as expense payments and management, budget preparation and support and reviewing and responding to routine correspondence and inquiries for the team. Critical tasks:
Full scope administrative support. Inclusive of, but not limited to active calendar management, booking meeting arrangements, minute-taking and agenda preparation, filing, invoicing, ordering office and kitchen supplies, mail runs and distribution of the daily mail.
Financials. Personal and team/department expense management, expense management against budget (receive incoming invoices, validate to budget detail and prepare payment-coding instruction for Accounts Payable, ensuring the proper signatory authorizations are obtained) and support new budget preparation.
Help desk & Hardware. Complete and submit requests for technology, ensuring delivery lead times are met and adhere to defined policy, procedures and checklists.
Coordinate facility services. Create/support seating/office plans, repair or maintenance, key/lock management, and procurement of new furnishings.
Manage travel requirements. Includes booking airfare, and accommodations in line with CWB group travel policy.
Correspondence. Evaluate, communicate, record and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Onboarding. Coordinate administrative responsibilities related to hiring and onboarding new staff and contractors, advising and working with hiring managers on process and documentation requirements (as provided by HR).
Engage. Provide administrative support to and participate in, committees, task force and project teams as required.
