營運

• 負責海運進出口的日常協調、執行和追蹤。與承運人、碼頭、報關行、卡車司機和海外代理商溝通。
• 確保所有裝運文件均符合海關規則和規定。
• 與客戶、委託人、承運人、貨運代理、海關等建立並維持有效的關係和溝通，確保提供無可挑剔的服務。
• 完成清關並確保完全遵守任何相關法規。
• 管理文件流程；這包括所有營運交易，例如提單 (B/L)、裝箱單、商業發票和原產地證書、許可證等。
• 根據客戶的要求協調收集/交付流程並管理直至到達最終目的地。
• 處理客戶與交付、帳單準備和驗證相關的詢問、請求和投訴。

客戶服務和室內銷售

• 與客戶溝通，向潛在客戶撥打外線電話，並跟進線索。了解客戶的需求並識別銷售機會。
• 回答潛在客戶的問題並透過電子郵件發送附加資訊。

• Plan and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantages as deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Must be matured, self-motivated, teamwork, proactive, aggressive and result oriented.
