Job Details

• Tender costing preparation and submission.
• Managing, monitoring and coordinate all QS works (BQ preparation & price analysis, tender document preparation, cost estimation, budgetary control & reporting, etc).
• Ability to manage project cost, handle contract administration works and regulate good contract documentation.
• Assist contract manager in matter related to contract management, costing analysis and procurement strategies.
• To review quotation from subcontractors, preparing, negotiating and analyse cost, compare and recommended on selection bid and finally prepare and issue contract award.
• Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses, project cost control, etc.
• Implementation of contractual knowledge and supervising cost control in current project, in term of preparation progress claim, prepare and analysis of submission variation orders, attending site meeting.
• Preparation of cash flow projection and budget control.
• Preparation of material schedule, sourcing and submission for approval.
• Preparation and submission of progress claim to client, arrangement of join valuation with client/consultants and follow up with the interim payment certificate and payment.

Job Brief:

Responsible for shift production operation & activities to meet company's objective and KPI

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead overall job flow and activitiy of the team
• To ensure the team achieves optimum production capacity.
• To ensure the quality of product and timely deliveries by the team meet requirements and ensure operator follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) when perform their task.
