It is an established international freight forwarder and logistics provider. Due to increase in international logistics supply chain volume, the company is now seeking experienced Freight Logistics Services Executive who can look after the end to end export Sea Freight process to join their freight operations team in Kelana Jaya.
The job role & Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for coordinating and assigning shipments/container cargo to the rightful destinations. You will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The job will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment, arrange import delivery and raise billing/invoices for payment. 
In this role, you will be busy within dynamic environment so the candidate must be efficient and able to adapt to clients' requests. This is a fast paced role and applicants will need a high degree of accuracy and an ability to multi-task.
Line of duties:
*Registration of the job shipment into CargoWise upon booking.
*Booking of space with shipping liners.
*Prepare and issue invoices for Export Shipments.
*Internal liaison with overseas offices and other departments.
*Liaise with clients to keep them informed of the shipment status.
Requirements: The person
We are looking for female candidates who will have at least a Diploma qualification. She must be computer literate, able to operate MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Candidates with 2-3 years of experience gained specifically within freight forwarding industry would be highly preferred.
EDI CargoWise experience is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.

About the role

With growing customer accounts and demands in Aerospace, we are assembling a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver visibility, proactivity, optimization and high level of customer satisfaction to our major Aerospace account. Based in our Subang Jaya 4PL hub, the team of Customer Service Executives will be rostered in 4 shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to meet our customers' needs.

What you will be doing

Monitor Operational Workflow to Ensure a Full Supply Chain Visibility to the Customer

• Receive and control customer bookings according to the processes in place
• Check optimizations from Optimizer if applicable and propose consolidation options
• Assign customer booking to a selection of freight forwarding agents (3PL)
• Monitor shipments on regular basis (3PL shipment confirmation, milestones completion etc.)
• Drive corrective actions when required (missing event etc.)
• Monitor delays and deliveries events using the dedicated IT solutions (internal or external TMS, BI…)
• Alert the customer team proactively in case of deviation and propose backup solutions
• Communicate with internal (regional and overseas) and external organizations, ensuring all communications generated in the dedicated IT solution (chat, tasks etc.) are handled in a timely manner
• Create reports and analysis to give a consolidated vision of the flows for customer

Deliver Customer Satisfaction

• Manage and support order management to ensure the best possible service level

Job Purpose:  

As Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing FP&A support and business partnership. You will be experiencing in dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.

Job Purpose:

Job Summary:   

The Partner Success Specialist will focus on the day-to-day partner management and support activities for Autodesk Learning Partners. You will work closely with the regional Autodesk Learning - Partner Success Manager (PSM) and the Global Support Team to develop subject matter expertise on Learning Partner guidelines including complete understanding of program benefits and requirements of the Authorized Training Center Program (ATC), the Autodesk Authorized Academic Partner Program (AAP), and the Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) Program. Job Purpose:  

The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. • You secure the highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team and taking into account country-specific positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar and local store activities.
