The Career and Professional Development Centre Executive is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and delivery of learning and development programs aimed at enhancing skills and competencies. • Needs Assessment:

Safety Health Environment:

• Reviews Safety performance in Operations Performance meetings Structure - OPS meetings, provides day to day solutions, roll out of best practices
