The Associate - Business Support is responsible for assisting the sales team in administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth business operations.

Singapore Business Support:

• Provide administrative support to the Singapore sales team, including customer claims processing and vendor invoices processing
• Perform Account Receivables collection reconciliation and update the collection record against Account Receivables outstanding list. Check and verify the accuracy of collection and payment from customers. Prepare Account Receivables ageing report to monitor collection status.

Accounting Tasks:

• Provide finance operation support during internal audit and external audit
• Post sales reduction accruals in accounting system and maintain monthly sales reduction accruals schedule
• Track SG&A overheads accruals and maintain monthly accruals schedule
• Prepare budget and forecast templates
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Academic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Accounting
2. No working experience is required.
3. Experienced working with JDE or other ERP systems
4. Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal

AI Singapore is sourcing for a 6 months’ Temporary Accounting & Admin Assistant to join the Administration Team to assist in administrative tasks assigned by the Head, Finance & Administration. The candidate is expected to handle basic account and admin functions, paperwork relating to finance, general administration, procurement, facilities as well as basic coordination of projects supporting AI Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support the Admin team on reconciliation and documentation of financial reports.
2. Responsible for general administrative duties including filing, printing, housekeeping, inventory management, mail collection, maintaining of office supplies and any other ad hoc tasks.
3. Support the various Admin teams on day to day work in a various areas of research finance, procurement, facilities, human resources and project management.

A key member of the Singapore Finance and Accounting team and reports to the Accountant. This position is to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of handling daily operational accounting, month close and statutory/other audit. • Perform day-to-day operational matters – Accounts Payable and General Ledger adjustments

Day to Day Activities

Accounting Rotation: Participate in a job rotation program that offers exposure to both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Tasks:
