Job Summary:
As the Director of Strategic Planning, you will be a key player in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for our dynamic Digital Services organization. Using your experience in cross-functional product, engineering, finance, and sales-facing roles within a large-scale, matrixed SaaS organization, you will play a meaningful role in driving roadmap visibility, aligning product and engineering teams, and supporting strategic decision-making as part of a two-phased planning and budgeting framework.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the annual strategic planning mechanism for Digital Services, in alignment with overall business objectives and product/engineering leadership priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, finance, sales, marketing, and enablement to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to strategic planning.
Partner with Data Science and Corporate Development teams to advise key business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Provide leadership and mentorship on financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Partner with executive leadership to identify and evaluate critical initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions.
Drive initiatives to improve overall organizational alignment within and outside Digital Services. Lead the annual goals planning mechanism, allowing teams to deliver SMART OKRs/Goals. This includes providing strategic leadership on goal instrumentation and tracking mechanisms
Cadence Establishment: Establish and maintain a structured cadence for product planning, roadmap reviews, prioritization, sprint cycles, and performance evaluations to drive accountability and clarity
Lead and continuously improve the product release framework and new product introduction standard processes alongside cross-functional collaborators.
Experience with the following highly preferred:
5+ years' experience in cross-functional product operations, finance, or revenue operations-facing roles within a large-scale, matrixed SaaS organization required.
Proven track record to lead and collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills and proven track record to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical partners.
Strategic approach and a track record of contributing to organizational growth.
