• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users’ requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure smooth operation of the JDE / MTech application, BI Cognos, and other application system.

• Attend to user requests, problems and enquiries. Work with users and the project team to identify user’s needs, system/process that needs improvement and actively provide best practice solutions.

• Identify, analyze and prepare requirements and technical specifications based on users’ requests in order to develop customized reports and new/enhanced application programs within a given deadline.
