We are seeking a talented UI/UX Artist to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our games. What You Can Expect To Work On

• Creation of intuitive and user-friendly designs to provide an excellent user experience for B2C, B2B web applications or marketing need;

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience. At least 4 years of experience as an UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• Tool: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Unreal Engine and Unity
• Attention to detail. Pay strong attention to user experience and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• Communication. Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

The Integrated Designer will be involved in all aspects of graphic design supporting the other Art Directors in the delivery of a range of materials across print and digital outputs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Expectations of an Integrated Designer

●      Develop creative designs and layouts across disciplines and mediums including Visual Identity, Print design, Packaging, POSM, Digital and Social

●      Deliver and maintain agency’s creative vision on all projects from creative brief to design work completion

●      Deliver design solutions that meet the objectives of individual projects

●      Utilise input from the team and possess the ability to continue further design exploration and refinement

●      Participate in internal meetings and revise designs according to feedback

●      Manage time efficiently and work in an organised way

●      Working collaboratively with Creatives or Production to deliver design outputs of the highest quality

●      Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures

The Role

Kasagi Labo is looking for a new Graphic Designer to join the team. In this role, you'll craft compelling digital and print materials across many different platforms. What you can expect to work on:

• Create and design various materials for digital and print (Product design, Marketing, Web)
• Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
• Collaborate with fellow designers/departments to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
• QA design for errors and implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
• Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and relationships when working with outside vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and revise designs based on team feedback.
• Stay current on design trends and techniques in the graphic design and lifestyle sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent software.
• Previous experience with product graphics, packaging and layout design.
• Strong understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing concepts, and some project management.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.

From assisting in the development of marketing collateral to contributing to the execution of advertising campaigns, you will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and a passion for innovation.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in providing creative direction, collaborating closely with the design team to create marketing collateral.
• Support in creating clear and engaging graphic communications for print and digital mediums, encompassing brochures, website graphics, social media visuals, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials across various departments.
• Aid in the development of advertising and communications campaigns, including those on social media, TV, and other platforms, as well as exhibitions and event promotions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop effective design strategies, contributing to the final artworks to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to company brand guidelines among employees and contribute to improving or revising these guidelines as necessary. 
• Assist in all stages of photography and video production, from brainstorming and planning to shooting and editing.
