The IT Contract Specialist will manage the IT procurement process, following each procurement from proposal to expiration with a focus on the document management of supplier contract relationships. This position holds responsibility for development of complex procurements and must use judgement and resourcefulness to ensure compliance with RTD Fiscal Rules, Procurement Rules, and other regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL:

• Reviews and analyzes new procurement requests, independently prepares procurement documents, and works with the Contracting and Procurement Division to facilitate the competitive procurement process.
• Manages renewal of IT contracts, independently prepares procurement documents, and works with the Contracting and Procurement Division to ensure timely contract extensions.
• Prepares and processes all contract amendment documentation then submits to Contracting and Procurement Division
• Independently resolves issues and problems related to procurement documents and identifies issues or problems that should be escalated to a higher level.

Duties & Responsibilities:    
ESSENTIAL:

•  Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of RTD, uses sound judgment at all times, works effectively in a diverse environment, works safely on the job, respects co-workers, and assures the quality of services to all customers both internal and external.
•  Area trash pickup, including trash removal and emptying of trash cans.Operate facilities maintenance vehicles.
•  Snow removal to include plowing, sanding operations, and handwork.Sweep grounds, parking lot, plazas, and tunnels and walk areas.
•  Communicate with the public in a polite and tactful manner.
•  Control weeds chemically, mechanically or manually; mulches plant beds and planter boxes. Aerate lawns, lay sod, re-seed areas and apply fertilizer.
•  Plant, water, feed and maintain flowerbeds, shrub beds, mulch/rock beds and trees. Prune trees and shrubs using the proper pruning techniques
•  Mow and trim all lawn, open fields and other RTD properties.
•  Reset and replace wheel stops in parking areas.
•  Surveys work requirements, measures and calculate material lists and carries out required tasks.
•  Conforms to all safety regulations and practices.Operates heavy equipment, i.e. bobcat, backhoe, tractors, chipper/shredders, dump trucks, etc.

Qualifications:    

• Be able to obtain necessary permits and licenses, which may include but are not limited to forklift operator license or pesticide license within 90 days of hire/appointment.

•  No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving in the past 5 years
•  Ability to work safely with all chemicals, demonstrating the ability to read and comprehend labels and mixes chemicals in the correct ratios.

•  Knowledge of proper operating procedures and maintenance of all equipment, including but not limited to industrial landscaping equipment.

Purpose

· Ensuring expenses are coded accordingly and approved by relevant Crewing Manager, Vessel Manager and Fleet Manager (where appropriate).

· Verifying the Insurance distribution.

· Verifying Managers vessel balance sheet items on a monthly basis

· Post journal entries (as and when required) with regards to Owner -Manager Disbursement and other accounting entries / adjustments related to financial reports.

· Preparing and submitting of monthly reports for vessel owners/stake holders within the deadlines.

· Ensuring supporting documents are adequate and complete.

Qualifications

· Diploma in accounting and/or finance or equivalent in professional accounting body

· Minimum 2 year working experience in a related field

· Proficient in MS office applications especially MS Excel.

· Good command of English.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Environmental Scientist.

Role:
Under close supervision, performs a variety of environmental sampling and analytical tasks by applying basic scientific techniques. The Scientist at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained in the utilization of relevant theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company procedures. Performs various scientific tasks related to environmental projects such as field work, sampling, and assisting in report preparation. Some assignments involve the use of computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, etc.). Willingness to travel and/or relocate to field sites is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Performs various field and office tasks requiring the application of basic scientific principles and fundamental theories.
• Reviews and analyzes data collected in environmental sampling programs.
• Researches and compiles background data in support of an environmental project.
• May assist in permit application development.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a science curriculum related to the assigned discipline and typically 0+ years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with software packages typically associated with the discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, bend, stoop, kneel and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Pay Depends on Experience

Support the daily scheduling and dispatching of vehicles into and out of loading docks and from the facility for delivery of materials and freight. Provide assistance to the Lineage Transportation Team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare dispatch schedule for drivers and equipment daily to achieve customers on time service requirements
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with carriers to ensure effective usage
• Use dynamic routing system to efficiently route product outbound
• Create and maintain inbound and outbound orders in the dispatch system
• Monitor drivers’ hours to ensure appropriate workload to prevent violations
• Coordinate and communicate changes to delivery and backhaul assignments to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances such as late truck arrival, breakdowns, or last-minute customer requests
• Address matters that arise and provide recommendations to solve issues in order to meet customer business needs
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and customer service

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in shipping or transportation coordination environment experience or relevant certification
• Basic knowledge of shipping and transportation operations and familiarity with import and export processes
• Willingness to learn transportation management software
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
