Reviews and processes all credit approval documentation and prepare for approval.

Credit Operations
- Liaise with Credit Documentation & Credit Verification team to ensure all necessary documentation is available for approval.
Credit Approval
- Check and verify customer’s details in accordance to company guidelines.
- Liaise with sales staffs to ensure all required credit documents are scanned and forwarded to Hub in accordance to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all necessary remarks are entered correctly into system.
- Ensure the effectiveness in input of data entry to the system.
Credit Reports
- Support team in daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the credit business that highlight and crystallize the performance of the respective branch/branches under his/her supervision.
Summary of Key Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years credit management working experience in a multinational environment/publicly listed corporation OR more than 5 years of relevant working experience in the similar role and capacity.
- Good knowledge on credit management, implementation and execution
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to supervise, manage and motivate staff to meet deadline as well as to analyze situations for and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
