• Handle all maintenance, repair and upgrading of our building amenities and facilities including power distribution systems, ACMV, fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary and compressed air systems etc.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection, conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E machineries, equipment and building facilities and systems such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc.
• Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
