Record vital statistics and other basic health information. Administer basic health care and medical treatments; provide assistance with basic daily living activities, including dressing/undressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc., meal preparation and dining needs, emotional and spiritual needs, and laundry. Clean patient living areas or treatment rooms. Collect non-invasive biological specimens from patient. Job description
The role of the Technician is to carry out a service on Air Handling Units. Based in Stafford but travelling throughout the UK in company vehicles, with regular overnight stays, weekend work, overtime, and occasional night shifts to meet the needs of each specific customer contract.
Duties and responsibilities
• Reports to the HVAC service team leader.
• Travelling throughout the UK in company vehicles, with regular overtime and overnight stays to meet the needs of each specific customer project.
• Servicing of AHUs, this will consist of changing air filters, reporting of any remedial actions required to keep the unit up to standard, and a general clean. Working environments can be dirty and challenging with various access requirements such as scaffolding, cherry pickers etc.
• Building strong, sustainable relationships on site with customers by upholding HVDS brand values Clarity, Unity & Excellence. Demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness. Exhibiting enthusiasm, willingness, and a positive outlook to internal/external customers.
• Working in a team of two or three, unsupervised, collaborating effectively to meet project brief on time and within budget, managing own time.
• Taking initiative in solving problems, demonstrating a ‘can do’ approach.
