Job Description

• Perform machine/tools/jigs maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot the machine/equipment whenever there are any breakdowns.
• Plan and schedule machine preventative maintenance (PM).
• Responsible to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per schedule for machines/equipment.
• Record and document maintenance activities such as SOP, PM, calibration report, machine manuals and technical drawings.
• Manage the maintenance action requisition form and perform task based on priority basis.
• To assist Factory Manager/ Industrial Engineer to  lialise with Purchasing Department related with machine part 
• To conduct/lialise with 3rd party contractor related with factory facilities such as compressors,HVAC etc.
• To perform other tasks that contribute to smooth daily operation

Requirement

• Possess a SKM,Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a maintenance technician is preferred.
• Able to read AutoCAD and wiring drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

As a Vending Machine technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines at various locations. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing routine maintenance checks on vending machines to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues with vending machines.
• Conducting repairs and replacements of defective parts to restore vending machines to working condition. 
• Responding to service calls from clients promptly and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Installing new vending machines on sites according to specifications and safety standards
• Refiling of vending machines ( 6-7 machines daily depending on scheduled route)

Key Responsibilities:
