Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge and can understand engineering design of Water Treatment System.
• To prepare and ensure all the drawings / document to be submitted as per project schedule.
• To ensure Engineering Details in accordance to requirement.
  Responsible for planning, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects & customers’ requirement.
• Meet with customers to provide technical solutions, handle customers’ needs & manage suppliers / subcontractors in meeting projects’ costing & technical requirement.
   

Requirements:

• Resourceful and a great problem solve with ability. 
• Strong leadership is necessary in projects & technical management.
• A good understanding of technical issues & a technical problem solving altitude
• Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or others relevant Engineering.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for business system analysis, data analysis, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
• Understand business and user requests. Translate those needs into functional and technical solutions, supported by thorough and well-documented proposals.
• Support project manager during system implementation.
• Working closely with Technical System Team to resolve application issues and involved in bug fix and enhancement development according to business needs.
• To be able to advise customers as well as to provide functional consulting (i.e. functional processes, workarounds) to customers.
• Work within a team-based environment.

Financial, Statutory reporting & Tax

• Ensure smooth monthly closing and year-end closing, execute T-code for Controlling Module.
• Prepare HFM reporting and working papers.
• Ensure clean Balance Sheet account and justifiable to auditor.
• Liaison with external auditors on statutory audit and draft statutory financial statements.
• Implementation of new accounting standards when it is required
• Handle reporting requested by Central Bank (BNM) and MIDA.
• Handle company secretary related matters.
• Liaison with Group and insurance agent on insurance matters.
• Liaison with tax agent and prepare corporate tax computation.
• Handle transfer pricing related matters and Custom audit.

Management reporting & Costing

• Prepare management reporting.
• Upload standard cost, ensure accurate standard cost and inventory valuation.
• Profitability analysis for sales orders, products and business units.
• Prepare yearly cost center planning and cost allocation cycle.
• Calculate yearly overhead and activity rate.
• Prepare PDCA reports for logistic cost review and TCT review.
• Review SLA and charges.

Forecasting & Budgeting

• Assist in preparing forecast and annual budget.
• Prepare Cash Flow forecast
• Prepare cost forecast for Accounting team.

Internal Control & Operation

• Prepare internal audit reports and perform Detective Control, implement and execute correction actions.
• Assist in the physical inventory and lead the physical fixed assets count.
• Work closely with Sales order team in the billing related matters.
• Liaise with various stakeholders
• Support ad hoc requests and projects

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Data Analyst to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities to provide system support, perform test activities, data migration, etc.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Data entry, data compilation, data cleansing for migration project
• Intermediate excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)

• Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as and when required
• Able to complete task based on the dateline given
• Able to work on weekend to support project

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mathematics / Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 – 2 years working experience in numerical analysis environment/ Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Team player, proactive, initiative and has sense of urgency
