As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead complex organizational and technical projects and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must possess a solid technical background and excellent project management skills. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a diverse team of professionals from various functional areas.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to support business goals.
Manage the delivery of technical projects and initiatives within the Samsung Wallet team.
Ensure that technology integration projects are completed following specifications and to a high standard.
Continuously meet with stakeholders, solicit their feedback, and monitor team progress and roadblocks to ensure everyone is working toward the same objective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, business, engineering, and executives) across multiple geographies (US, Korea, Philippines, and India) to complete the projects in a timely and high-quality manner.

Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering)
5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry
Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project plans
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred, Not Required
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) preferred
Proficiency in Korean language is desirable, but not mandatory
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in the Bay Area and NYC, is expected to be between $140,000 and $175,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

The Enhanced Screening Sr. Analyst conducts screening for current employees in high risk roles and teams. Specifically, they investigate, research, analyze, and document the results to various lines of business through recommendations and reports. What you'll be doing
As the Analyst, Information Security, you’ll be joining CIBC’s Cyber Security Resilience Team and will be supporting eDiscovery for Legal, Corporate Security and various groups. The accountabilities also include system alert analysis for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) investigations. You will be required to assess alerts based on prerequisite analysis, defined decision trees and assign investigations to the LOB (Line of Business) or Corporate Security based on the nature of the event/alert. They will provide problem resolution for data gathering, analysis, process review and recommendations.
You will process requests as per the Life Cycle Management of Privileged IDs. You will partner with internal stakeholders to remediate security incidents related to identity and access management. You will provide technical expertise in development and support of all activities, processes, procedures and tools used for validating and insuring the integrity of information security.

How you'll succeed
Security Assessments – Provide first level triage of employee activity alerts; perform analysis and assignment based on predefined workflow and send notification to LOB, Privacy Office or Corporate Security. Assist with the assessment of the quality, relevance and validity of information gathered to formulate a conclusion. Manage alerts based on priority. Note trends, anomalies and associations.
Logical Access Control Operations – Provide first level triage of logon activity alerts; perform analysis and assignment based on predefined workflow and send notification to LOB. Assist with the assessment of the quality, relevance and validity of information gathered to formulate a conclusion. Manage alerts on daily bases. Note trends, anomalies and associations.
Email Retrieval : Support Corporate Security, Legal, ER/HR and LOB with email queries using a front end interface tool to retrieve Outlook communications (email), IM, Blackberry, etc., from the company’s enterprise wide archive.
Who you are
You are an experienced investigator - You have experience in the remediation and investigation of information security assessments and are comfortable integrating various components to achieve a comprehensive overview.
You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You have 1 - 2 years of experience as an Information Security Consultant or a similar role.
You understand that success is in the details. You have an understanding of queries, system problem solving, Excel (formula and graphs) and time management by continually reassessing priorities and updating management on escalations
You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems, and making sense of information. You're confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
