POST SPECIFIC, TASKS AND OBJECTIVES Ambulance Commissioning Support Service Ensure secretarial and administrative support services are provided in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the SWL Social Care Hub supported work placements programme, working closely alongside a small team to meet the project outputs and outcomes. You will need to have previous project support engagement experience, excellent organisational and planning skills, as well as project delivery experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Co-ordinating and providing project support to help deliver the SWL social care placements project with key strategic objectives.

Leading the development of project reporting, project plans and project performance for the SWL social care placements project

Supporting with the development of innovative events and activities which will engage local people to raise awareness around the social care employment opportunities available within the local region.

What you will be doing

- Collating induction packs for new clients
- Request and process MPAN and MPRN reference numbers
- Uploading data onto the Solarvista systems
- Chase design approvals with the networks
- Ensure Easements are in place and approved.
- Ensure long lead time materials are ordered and on track for delivery on the preferred deliver date.
- Issue variation letters to the customers.
- Ensure Asset Values are uploaded into the systems.
- Request Permits and section 50 licences for the noticing process.
- Raise notices via the Skewb system.
- Any additional tasks to support the projects


Who we are looking for

- Friendly with a proactive approach
- Proficient in the use of Excel (Use of VLOOKUP and similar functions to compare and analyse data in spreadsheets)
- Any previous of experience in the construction industry would be an advantage

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Minute Taker to join a supportive and fast paced team in Sefton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing minute-taking support to the busy Cared for Teams and Young Persons Teams, as well as attending other meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Take clear and concise minutes in a formal setting
• Complete general administrative tasks for the service
• Liaise with all professionals within Social Care and other bodies outside of the Local Authority
• Deal confidentially with matters of a sensitive nature and cope with the content of child protection information

Requirements

• Proven clerical experience
