The Architectural Technician is a skilled BIM software user proficient in Architectural modeling. Those in this position will have a strong foundation of technical Architectural knowledge. The role handles architectural modeling and construction document production.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will prepare, dispense, and compound medication under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Provide prescription support services for patients to ensure safe, appropriate, effective and efficient delivery of medication therapy. Provide excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, strong problem solving, documentation and computer skills. Work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support pharmaceutical care activities, complete pharmacy billing activities, record keeping, reporting, inventory management, and arrange appropriate medication delivery.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, review and interpret prescriptions.

2. Prepare and dispense appropriate amount of medication under supervision of a pharmacist. Deliver medications accurately to the patient.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 

Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure and active Pharmacy Technician certification OR Pharmacy Intern licensure in the state of practice.

Minimal experience, typically gained through 0-2 years relevant work experience. Ability to attend and successfully complete 160 hours of on the job training required. Strong customer service focus, superior problem-solving abilities. Ability to complete moderate to difficult mathematical calculations using a hand-held calculator is required.

Based at our new GMP Manufacturing facility in Harwell, UK, the Process Technician (shop floor) position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of both GMP and non-GMP process and support equipment. This role demands a proactive approach to preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering. As the first responder to equipment issues, the Process Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and contributing to our mission of transforming medicine through mRNA technology.

Here's What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Performing scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on all process equipment and systems.

• Leading troubleshooting efforts and developing remediation activities for complex system and equipment issues.

• Maintaining cGMP records accurately and efficiently, both paper-based and electronic.

• Providing subject matter expertise on manufacturing and support systems/equipment operation and maintenance.

• Leading maintenance activities and managing small projects to ensure operational efficiency.

• Providing on-call support and responding to facilities issues to support the 24-7 operation of the facility.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Supervision of contractors, ensuring compliance with site GMP requirements and safety policies.

• Participating in On Job Training (OJT) as a Qualified Trainer for colleagues.

• Administering and performing work safely, adhering to site EHS policies and procedures.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Certificate 3 in Mechanical Engineering- Fitter and Turner Qualification

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience working in a regulated (cGMP preferred) environment. Experience working in sterile manufacturing is highly desirable.

• Post-secondary degree in a science/technical field or a technical trade school degree preferred.

• Understanding of automated process equipment (PLC controls) for simple troubleshooting is required.

• Understanding and experience with pneumatics’ and vacuum systems.

• Understanding of process equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, mixing vessels)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.  Expected to be able to present own work to peers and cross-functional managers and influence leadership decisions.  Technical writing skills required.

• Must have a customer service mindset. Ability to manage competing priorities is critical.

• Must be able use his/her technical background to investigate issues using a structured problem-solving approach to determine true root cause and develop effective corrective and preventative actions.  Must be able to find true root cause and path forward for complex problems. 

• Ability to identify and drive improvements to preventative maintenance tasks and strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new equipment/systems.

• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.

• Ability to interact well with other groups and must be able to take ownership of and follow through on assignments.  Must be able to drive results on multiple complex assignments simultaneously with minimal required direction from his/her supervisor.       

• Ability to represent Moderna’s interests, objectives, and policies in a professional and responsible manner.

About the role

We are hiring experienced and capable Technician for our Ipoh region facilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with various other departments such as Service Sales, Quality, Environment/Health & Safety to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.

What you will be doing

• Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory to achieve continual operation

• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship

• To ensure that all works performed (i.e. servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown) are documented with relevant customer's request

• To attend as soon as reasonably possible, all breakdown callback assignments, especially to give priority for 'man trap' situation

• To perform other repair works as instructed by Supervisor

• To report all abnormal findings to Supervisor for further action

• Any others duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time

• This position maybe required for 24-hour Breakdown Callback Standby duties

What you will need to be successful

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry

• Have basic Electrical, Electronic and or Mechanical knowledge, able to troubleshoot and solve technical problem will have added advantage

• A committed professional, with Safety as your priority

• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Willing to travel inter-states within Northern region

• Self-disciplined, curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
