Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for core application system
- To perform L1 and L2 support to production issue – Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing and solution implementation.
- Support external and internal regulatory compliance and audit exercise, including DR activity.
- Ensure the vendor’s solution deliverables, deployment and documentation conform to the standard and procedure.
- Provide adequate support to interrelated downstream subsystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in related field with 1 year exposure in Analyst Programmer role (preferably in Financial Service/Banking Institution industry).
- Familiar with AS400 RPG, CLP and SQL knowledge.
- Able to work independently.
- Proactive and team player.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
