Position Objective
Stamford seeks a dynamic, mission-driven leader as Director of Student Support Services. Responsibilities
The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom they are responsible, or with whom they come into contact will be adhered to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. Your new role

• The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for providing clinical direction and strong, professional leadership to all clinical staff including nursing, allied health professionals and medical staff either directly employed or working under practising privileges.
• The Director of Clinical Services must lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care within all clinical areas, driving a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and continuous improvement of the patient's experience.
• As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Clinical Services must ensure the hospital team's provision of safe, effective, caring and responsive patient care in a safe, high-quality clinical environment in a way which maximises the financial and operational performance of the hospital. The Director of Clinical Services has a responsibility to ensure all appropriate measures are taken to maintain, promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of patients, employees and visitors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered practitioner / Diploma / relevant Health Speciality Degree/ Degree Level qualification
• Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by a registered qualification with the NMC, HCPC or GPC
• Ability to motivate a team of clinical professionals
• Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
• Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements
• Experience of working in the Independent Sector
• Professional experience in more than one clinical speciality or discipline
• Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways and system reform
• Commercial experience
  Must be RN - RCN registered given uniqueness of site demands

We are seeking for a Senior Director – Technology for Enterprise Platforms business under Singtel DigitalInfraCo, to lead the software development and delivery of Enterprise Platforms to help telcos to accelerate monetization of networks and clouds. The candidate will have a great opportunity to work with global telcos and enterprises in designing the solution architecture to make successful global deployments of Enterprise platforms. The role will report to the Head of Enterprise Platforms and will lead a team of developers, DevOps and architects to deliver the Enterprise platforms roadmap.

Singtel is building a unique Enterprise platform completely homegrown and in this position you will be lead the platform engineering and delivery team.

• Build Enterprise platforms in a completely scalable fashion that can process millions of messages and customer transactions concurrently.
• Build a hybrid infrastructure that comprises of different types of deployment including baremetal and hyper scalar infrastructure.
• Design the architecture and lead the software development of the platform in an infrastructure agnostic fashion so that the platform can work with any backend tool/product/platform in a plug and play fashion.

• Lead the solution architect team to work closely with CTO’s of customers to design a 5G solution architecture that suits the customers IT and security design.
• Lead software development and associated new technology selection and adoption. Focus areas include developing API driven features on big data, machine learning, auto scaling micro-services, scalable data storage/retrieval.
• Adopt industry standard coding practises to lead the development team with strict enforcement of best practises to develop the platform to ensure scalability, security and stability
• Collaborate with product management and Business development teams to develop roadmap that meets market demands.
• Lead partnership conversations from technology perspective and due diligence.
• Build a world class engineering team and lead by example in practising best practises of software development.

Skills for Success
