Chef, Opérations Cliniques Finance

Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de l’exécution et la conformité pour les protocoles attribués au Canada, conformément aux Bonnes pratiques cliniques, tel qu'élaboré par la Conférence internationale sur l'harmonisation et aux règlements du pays, aux politiques et aux procédures de notre entreprise de même qu’aux normes de qualité et aux exigences de déclaration des événements indésirables tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe. Sous la supervision du chef principal, Opérations cliniques ou du directeur, Recherche clinique, le titulaire du poste est responsable de l’exécution et de la surveillance des soumissions et des approbations nationales liées aux essais cliniques ainsi que de la préparation des sites.

Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

• Appropriation des budgets des pays et des sites. Élaboration, négociation et conclusion des contrats pour les essais cliniques.

• Supervise et suit les paiements liés à la recherche clinique. Réconciliation des paiements à la clôture de l'étude. Suit les "Foreign Corrupt Practices Act", "Denied Party Screening"/"Office of Foreign Assets Control" et la maintenance des systèmes financiers. Prévisions financières en collaboration avec le Responsable principal des opérations cliniques / autres rôles.

• Exécute et supervise les soumissions d'essais cliniques des pays et les approbations pour les protocoles assignés.

• Élabore des documents en langues locales (français, anglais).

• Gère les livrables, les échéanciers et les résultats des pays pour les protocoles assignés afin de respecter les engagements des pays. Responsable de la qualité et de la conformité aux protocoles assignés dans le pays.

• Contribue à l'élaboration des Procédures opératoires locales. Supervise les coordonnateur(rice)s, recherche clinique, le cas échéant.

• Coordonne et assure la liaison avec le chef de recherche clinique , les coordinateur(rices), l’associé(e) de recherche clinique (ARC) (Règlementaire, Finance et Affaire Juridique, le cas échéant) pour s'assurer que les livrables du pays sont obtenus pour les soumissions, les budgets, les ententes de recherches cliniques et les jalons locaux. Collabore étroitement avec le siège social pour aligner les calendriers, échéanciers du pays pour les protocoles attribués.

• Soutient et supervise les fournisseurs locaux, le cas échéant.

• Supervise et coordonne les processus locaux, la gestion des fournitures cliniques et auxiliaires, les exigences d'importation et d'exportation, la destruction des fournitures, le classement des documents électroniques/papiers locaux, les exigences d'archivage et de conservation et la gestion des processus d'assurance. Entre et met à jour les informations sur les pays dans les systèmes cliniques et financiers.

• Maîtrise de la conformité réglementaire et financière locale. Le titulaire du poste a un impact significatif sur la manière dont un pays peut respecter les engagements et les objectifs d'essai spécifiques au pays, en particulier lors du démarrage de l'étude.

• Influence indirectement/directement les chercheurs, les partenaires externes et les opérations à l’échelle du pays et de respecter les objectifs budgétaires et les délais de paiement convenus.

• Travaille en partenariat en interne avec les opérations nationales de l'organisation mondiales des essais cliniques, le service des finances, les affaires réglementaires, la pharmacovigilance, les opérations juridiques et régionales, les domaines fonctionnels du siège et en externe avec les fournisseurs et les sites, les Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Independent Ethics Committee (IEC) et les autorités de réglementation dans les interactions liées à la soumission et à l'approbation. Grâce à une interaction continue avec l'équipe clinique locale, les contrats cliniques et financiers sont livrés avec succès à la juste valeur marchande.

Clinical Operations Manager Finance

This role is accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols in a country in compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations, policies and procedures, quality standards and adverse event reporting requirements internally and externally. Under the oversight of the Senior Clinical Operations Manager, Head Clinical Operations Managers or Clinical Research Director, the person is responsible for budget/finance aspects, for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals and to ensure Site Ready.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ownership of country and site budgets. Development, negotiation and completion of Clinical Trial Research Agreements.

• Oversees and tracks clinical research-related payments. Payment reconciliation at study close- out. Oversees Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Denied Party Screening/Office of Foreign Assets Control, and maintenance of financial systems. Financial forecasting in conjunction with Senior Clinical Operations Manager /other roles.

• Executes and oversees clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols.

• Develops local (French, English) language materials .

• Manages country deliverables, timelines and results for assigned protocols to meet country commitments. Responsible for quality and compliance in assigned protocols in country.

• Contributes to the development of local SOPs. Oversees Clinical Trial Coordinators as applicable.

Enters and updates country information in clinical and finance systems.

• Ownership of local regulatory and financial compliance. The position has a significant impact on how a country can deliver country-specific trial commitments and objectives especially during study start-up.

• Required to in/directly influence investigators, external partners and country operations and adheres to budget targets and agreed payment timelines.

• Works in partnership internally with Global Clinical Trial Operations country operations, finance, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, legal and regional operations, Head Quarter functional areas and externally with vendors and sites, les Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Independent Ethics Committee (IEC) and Regulatory Authorities in submission and approval related- interactions. Here at Serco we’re looking for a Bank Chef to join us at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. The catering function provides a catering service to approximately 860 patients on breakfast, lunch and supper services. It will also operate a restaurant seating x 400 and a community catering service x 300 beds.

Main Accountabilities

As the Bank Chef, you will work as part of a team to prepare, produce, present and service menu items required for service users ensuring a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety working practices and Food Hygiene Regulations. You will give direction to the Catering Assistants in the preparation of menu items.

Main duties will include preparing daily menu items for patients, staff and visitors; production and presentation of menus; cleaning and sanitising work areas; daily organisation of chill and freezer storage; monitor and record temperatures of chillers, freezers and food in production; and assisting in the preparation of special food items and diets for patients.
What you’ll need to do the role
To be considered for this role you will need a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline and an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate. Previous experience in a similar role is essential with a strong knowledge and understanding of nutrition. You will have good communication skills and be able to give clear directions to the Catering Assistants.
