Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related civil, mechanical, or related field.
- Responsible for leading entire Operation Department.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar management role familiar with all areas of the business and can coordinate processes and operations across the organization.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (sales, finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Oversee all sites to monitor compliance with project and safety procedures & regulations.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and chair site coordination with clients and the site team.
- Regular updates to management on the project progression and status with regards to its completion.
- Must good in customer relationship management.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports and ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
- Good in planning, budgeting, marketing and business development skills to approach for new business and potential client.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
- Responsible for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling and achieving the targeted project profitability.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project report.
Perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
- To strictly adhere to ISO and OHS requirements when carry out auditing and daily task.
